| 摘 要： | 研制了一种新型贝氏体铸钢大型铲齿材料 ,研究了该材料的组织、力学性能和耐磨性能 ,进行了工矿试验。结果表明 :新型贝氏体铸钢铲齿在 92 0℃正火 30 0℃回火热处理状态下的组织由贝氏体铁素体 (BF)和残余奥氏体 (AR)组织组成 ,具有良好的强韧性及耐磨性能 ,应用于大型装载机铲齿具有广阔的前景

| Abstract: | A new type wear resistant bainite cast steel of loader bucket teeth has been developed. The microstructure, properties and wear resistance of new type Bainite cast steel were studied. The results show that the microstructure is Bainite ferrite(BF) retained austenite(RA)after normalizing at 900℃and temper at 300℃. The new bucket teeth materials has good strength, toughness and wear resistance , and can be used as a kind of new type heavy bucket teeth materials with wide application prospect. |
