基于ADAMS的B635A型刨床急回机构运动学仿真

摘    要:以B635A型牛头刨床为例,介绍了六杆机构的设计过程,并运用Pro/E软件建立了该机构的三维模型,导入到ADAMS仿真软件中,对模型进行了运动学仿真,得到了刨刀的位移曲线、速度曲线和加速度曲线。仿真结果表明:运用ADAMS运动学仿真软件,可以大大提高刨床急回机构的设计效率,并达到最佳切削效果。

Abstract:The six-bar linkage design process of the B635A shaper is introduced,after that the threedimensional model of the mechanism is established with Pro/E software and imported into the ADAMS software,after kinematics simulation,the displacement curves,velocity curves and acceleration curves of the planer tool is acquired.The simulation results show that the efficiency of the dynamic design of the Quick-Return mechanism is greatly improved,finally achieve the best cutting effect.
