| 摘 要： | 在对目前现有的调绳装置进行分析的基础上,针对重载深井工况调绳工序繁琐、安全隐患多的问题,设计了一套可靠、快速、方便的调绳装置,并进行了试验研究与分析。该调绳装置能够实现对各种工况下多绳摩擦提升钢丝绳安全、快速调节,为矿井安全高效生产提供了保障。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the current available adjusting rope device,to address the situation of adjusting rope process cumbersome and more risks for heavy and deep mine,a reliable,fast and easy adjustment rope devices is designed.Then,study and analyze it.The adjusting rope device can realize safe,fast adjustment rope for a variety of multi-rope friction winder,and provide a guarantee for the safety and efficient coal production. |
