喷雾除尘雾化喷嘴流场仿真与分析

摘    要:喷雾除尘是目前应用广泛的矿井除尘方法。为深入研究入射水压对喷嘴内部流场和雾化效果的影响,利用Fluent软件对一种常用的直射型喷嘴不同入射水压下内部流场进行了仿真,得出了喷嘴内部的压力场和速度场的分布规律。指出了入射水压对喷嘴内部流场压力和速度变化和液相水分布的影响,喷嘴入射压力越大,雾化效果越好。

Abstract:Spraying dust removal is the widely used method of mine dust removal.In order to further study the incident water pressure on the nozzle flow field and the effect of atomization effect.The internal flow field of drect-type nozzel under different incident water pressures were simulated by FLUENT,obtaining the distribution of the pressure field,velocity field and liquid water in the nozzel.It is pointed out that the higher the incident water pressure,the better atomization effect.
