| 摘 要： | 针对制粉系统钢球磨煤机传统型衬板在运行中暴露的缺陷 ,通过对传统型衬板和组合自固型衬板在性能、结构、安装等方面的比较 ,提出采用高铬铸铁衬板更换原有高锰钢衬板的优越性。解决了球磨机在运行过程中出现的垮瓦、漏粉问题 ,提高了球磨机运行的可靠性

| Abstract: | In view of the exposed defects during the operation of the traditional type lining board in the steel ball coal mill in the powder production system, and by comparison of the performance, structure and installation between the traditional type and the combined self-fixed type lining boards, it is suggested that using the high Cr cast iron lining board in place of the high Mn steel lining board can solve the problems of powder leakage and lining board falling during the operation and improve the operational reliability of the ball mill. |
