基于MATLAB/SimMechanics的牛头刨床机构动力学仿真

摘    要:简述了MATLAB/SimMechanics软件的基本功能。根据牛头刨床机构运动简图搭建了考虑摩擦时的动力学仿真模型,采用Pro/E软件建立了该机构的三维实体模型,检测了构件的质量、转动惯量和重心,给仿真模型提供了仿真参数,经过仿真获得了各个运动副中的支反力和平衡力矩仿真曲线。该方法不用繁琐的数学模型推导,可视化好,简单易学。

Dynamics Simulation of Shaper Mechanism Based on MATLAB/SimMechanics
Abstract:The basic functions of MATLAB/SimMechanics software were introduced.The model for dynamics simulation of shaper mechanism was setup in consideration of friction,and the three dimensional solid model of the shaper mechanism was established using Pro/E software.Moreover,the parameters were provided for simulation model through detecting the quality of components,the moment of inertia,and the location of the center of gravity with the help of measuring module.The simulation curve of reaction forces and equilibrium moment in each kinematic pair were obtained.The method does not need deriving complicated mathematical models,with the characteristics of fabulous visualization,simplicity and easy learning.
