| 摘 要： | 分析了双滚筒独立驱动强力带式输送机在2种常用理想的起动速度和加速度控制规律状态下,采用自动拉紧装置时,自动拉紧力的理想变化规律,包括独立驱动滚筒直径不相等、驱动电机功率不相等、输送带的拉伸刚度等因素对拉紧装置自动拉紧力的变化规律的影响,给出了其计算公式。

| Abstract: | Analyze the variation laws of automatic straining force of the power belt conveyor with two independent connected drive drums under two ideal starting rate and starting acceleration control laws,while adopting automatic straining device,including analysis of influence of diameter difference between two drive drums and driving power difference between two driving motor,as well as conveyer belt stiffness and others on the variation laws of automatic straining force,giving calculating formulas as well. |
