牛头刨床的建模与动力学仿真

摘    要:利用Pro/E建立了牛头刨床的三维实体模型,并通过专用接口将模型导入ADAMS中进行运动学仿真,得出牛头刨床刨头随时间变化的位移、速度、加速度曲线和动力情况,避免了传统解析法的复杂计算过程,为牛头刨床的结构设计和优化提供了参考。

Abstract:Three-dimensional solid model of shaper is established using Pro/E.Model is leaded in ADAMS by special interface,and the dynamic simulation of shaper mechanism were made.The varying curves with time of the plough head's distance,velocity,acceleration and dynamic status were obtained.With the method,can avoid complicated calculation caused by conventional analytical method.This study will be beneficial to structure and optimization design of shaper.
