| 摘 要： | 生产执行系统(MES)是连接上层企业资源计划(ERP)与底层过程控制系统(PCS)的桥梁,是基于ERP/MES/PCS三层结构扁平化管理的综合自动化系统(CIMS)的关键。针对煤炭生产过程的特点,提出煤炭行业的制造系统体系结构,形成具有煤炭行业特色的MES(安全生产调度执行系统),对其各部分的功能进行了阐述,并进一步讨论了安全生产调度执行系统的软件平台。

| Abstract: | Manufacturing execution system is the bridge connecting enterprise resource planning(ERP)and process control system(PCS),the key of ERP/MES/PCS three layer CIMS with flat style management pattern.On the basis of analyzing the features of production management in coal and mining enterprise,architecture of MES is presented,the safety manufacturing execution system(MES)with coal industry feature is formed,its unit functions are described,and software flatform of MES is also discussed. |
