| 摘 要： | 针对EBZ-150型悬臂掘进机在使用中截割调速系统过于简单的情况,通过分析该型悬臂掘进机截割头的截割工况,提出了2种截割头牵引调速控制思路,选择其中一种思路,设计出控制方案,运用计算机模拟分析,截割头基本达到了恒功率截割、安全高效的目的。

| Abstract: | According to system of cutting speed regulation on EBZ-150 type boom-roadheader running simply,two ideas for cutting speed regulation control were put forward.Through analysing work status of cutting-head on EBZ-150 type boom-roadheader.One idea was chosen and a new control scheme was designed by it.Constant power,safety and high-efficiency cutting were achieved by the computer simulation. |
