基于Pro/E直齿圆柱齿轮的参数化设计及运动仿真

摘    要:在Pro/E建模环境下,介绍直齿圆柱齿轮的的三维参数化建模方法,利用方程曲线绘制方法绘制出齿轮的渐开线曲线,经过拉伸、切除、复制等生成齿轮实体。通过建立参数化程序,利用参数控制齿廓外形尺寸,实现齿轮参数化设计。利用Pro/E中的组件模块可以对齿轮机构进行运动仿真,可以看到运动仿真过程中是否出现干涉现象。根据仿真结果对零件进行修改,大大提高设计的精度和效率。

Abstract:Unedr the Pro/E modeling environment,a parameterized design method of spur gear is instroduced,use curve drawing method draw involute gear curve by equation.Through extruding, resection and copy,the spur gear entity was founded.By parametrically programming,it realized the parameterized design of spur gear.By adopting component module of Pro/E technology,kinematic simulation of the spur gear mechanism were accomplished,and the interference phenomenon in the process.According to simulation results,the part was modified.It is useful to improve the accuracy and efficiency of design.
