预紧力对壳体法兰强度的试验研究

摘    要:通过实验的方法对GIS壳体法兰的应力分布规律进行了研究,设置了有预紧力和无预紧力2种方案,测定了螺栓孔周围随筒体内压增加应力的变化特点,利用PRETS179和PTSMESH模拟了壳体法兰在以上2种情况下的应力分布规律,并与实验结果进行了比较。螺栓预紧力对法兰螺栓孔附近应力的分布有明显影响,离螺栓孔越近,法兰的应力集中程度越高,结果与试验一致。

Abstract:GIS shell flange strength distributions are studied by experiments,designing two methods, which are existing pretightening force and non-existing pretightening force conditions. The stress distributions around the bolt area are measured.Using PRETS179 and PTSMESH ,the stress distributions are calculated and compared with the experimental results. The bolt pretightening force has obvious influnce to the near aera of flange,and the more near the aera to bolt bore, the higher flange stress concentrated degree,and the calculating results are in good accordance with the experiment.
