基于单片机的注塑机控制系统的设计

摘    要:给出了注塑机控制系统的设计方案,设计了控制系统的硬件组成并对传统的温度采集系统进行了改进,简化了硬件电路的设计,同时介绍了控制系统的软件设计。通过仿真试验,证明了硬件和软件的正确性以及系统的稳定性和实时性。

Abstract:Give a scheme of control system of injection molding machine,designs the hardware of control system.The traditional temperature collection system has been improved to simplify the hardware design.And software design of control system is also introduced.By means of on-line simulation,the testing result shows that the design of hardware and software is correct and the system has steady character.
