基于ADAMS的减速器动力学仿真分析

摘    要:利用三维造型软件Pro/E构建二级齿轮减速器参数化模型,把模型导入ADAMS机械动力学仿真软件中,通过ADAMS软件对减速器进行动力学仿真,得到各轴的转速、齿轮的啮合力及啮合频率,为后续的齿轮振动仿真分析提供依据。

Abstract:The model of reducer is established based on Pro/E and dynamic characteristics of gear transmission system is analyzed with ADAMS.Meshing forces,rotation speeds and meshing frequencies of gears are obtained by dynamic simulation,and then provide basis for subsequent analysis of gear vibration.
