基于Pro/E和Matlab的液压支架运动仿真与分析

摘    要:利用Pro/E建立了四柱支撑掩护式液压支架的三维参数化模型,利用其机构模块进行运动仿真分析,编制Matlab运动学分析通用程序,将程序计算结果与Pro/E仿真结果进行比较,从而缩短了液压支架产品的开发周期,同时提高了设计可靠性。

Abstract:Applying Pro/E to set up three-dimensional model of 4-prop Chock-Shield Type Hydraulic Support,applying mechanism module of Pro/E to simulate,and then designing a versatile kinematics analysis program of hydraulic Support based on Matlab.The calculated results have been compared with results of Pro/E.It can shorten period of new product designing and improve reliability of product.
