摘    要:为解决钻割工艺中喷嘴易堵死的难题,采用田口方法,在单因素实验的基础上,优化适合松软煤层的大直径喷嘴几何参数,以期为喷嘴设计提供参考依据。研究结果表明:出口直径、出口圆柱段长度、收缩角对出口轴心速度影响的显著性:收缩角>出口直径>出口圆柱段长度。出口直径与出口圆柱段长度、收缩角与出口圆柱段长度均存在较强的交互作用。优化后喷嘴性能得到显著改善,田口方法结合有限元方法能在较短时间内,通过少量实验,为喷嘴结构参数优化提供一种经济、可靠的解决方案。

Abstract:To resolve the problem of nozzle blockage in the process of drilling and slotting and based on the single factor experiment,numerical experiment and Taguchi method were adopted to optimize the geometric parameters of large-diameter nozzle,which provides reference frame for the nozzle projections.The results show that the influence degree to the outlet axial velocity was arranged from great to small as follows:shrinking angle,outlet diameter,the length of outlet cylinder.There is a marked reciprocation between shrinking angle and the length of outlet cylinder and so is the outlet diameter and the length of outlet cylinder.The performance of nozzle was improved significantly after optimization.Taguchi method combined with finite element method can provide an economical and reliable solution for parameters optimization within a relatively short period by fewer experiments.
