基于金属磁记忆的液压支架焊缝检测技术研究

摘    要:针对现有液压支架焊缝检测方法的局限性,探索将金属磁记忆的方法引入到支架焊缝检测的技术。检测系统设计由磁阻传感器、信号调理电路、单片机、电流变送器、相关程序等构成,介绍了几个主要硬件模块的设计思路及实现方法。通过实验验证,结果表明:金属磁记忆检测方法可以有效检测液压支架焊缝质量,该方法较为稳定、可靠。

Abstract:In allusion to techniqut defect of hydraulic support detection,this paper brings forward a method of metal magnetic memory based detecting technique for hydraulic support seam.This equipment is composed of magnetoresistance sensor,the module for blowing up signal and communication,MPU,the software of detection system.This paper introduces hardware design,includes buildup of mostly modules,and special design for dependablilty.The experiment validates,by way of metal magnetic memory,it can measure quality of welding seam availability.This method is stabilizaly and credibility.
