摘    要:传统牛头刨床有返程空行程、切削速度和切削力不均匀以及加工效率低等几个缺陷,可以通过对牛头刨床进行机构创新设计及改造,使改造后的刨床实现双向、匀速、恒力刨削。在此基础上,通过设计安装一些简单、可行的机构,使滑枕不但能实现柔性换向,还能使刨床停止工作后回到一个给定的初始位置。

Abstract:Aimed at the two defects of idle motion and low working efficiency of the traditional shaper,the mechanism innovative design and reconstruction were carried out on the shaper by adopting the working style of mechanical transmission and made the improved shaper could not only realize constant force plane but also made the ram do even speed linear movement.Therefore,it could both eliminate the idle motion and change the unidirectional plane shaper into the bidirectional plane shaper as well and thus not only gained flexible reversion of ram but also made shaper back when it stopped.
