基于现场总线的工作面液压支架监控系统的研究

摘    要:根据CAN总线技术在煤炭系统的广泛应用,采用单片机MSP430F147,CAN控制器MCP2515,液晶显示器SMC1602A3-S等芯片设计开发了基于现场总线的液压支架监测装置,与I-FIX编写的上位机软件结合构成了工作面液压支架的实时在线监测系统。应用表明该系统实现了支架压力的自动实时监测。

Abstract:According to the broad application of the CAN bus technology to coal industrial system,monitoring device of hydraulic support which base on the fieldbus was designed and developed with a micro processor MSP430F147,a CAN bus controller MCP2515,LCD SMC1602A3-S and other chips.Combining with upper computer software written by IFIX hydraulic support of real-time online monitoring system was established.Practical application showed that the system can real-time monitor pressure of hydraulic automatically.
