| 摘 要： | 为了解决目前我国煤矿井巷道开拓过程中,由于单体锚杆支护效率低下导致的掘支矛盾问题,通过分析研究,提出了开发研制锚杆钻车的思路。详细介绍了这种新型全液压锚杆钻车的工作原理、结构特点及工业试验情况。试验结果表明,该钻车达到了预期设计要求,是与掘进机配套作业的高效机械化快速巷道支护装备。

| Abstract: | In order to solve problem that at present our country coal mine roadway development process,because of monomer bolting inefficiency led to driving and supporting of contradiction,through analysis,put forward idea of research and development for bolter.The paper in detail introduced this new type of fully hydraulic bolter working principle,structure characteristics and industrial test.The test results show that,bolter can meet design requirements,and road header in matching operation efficient mechanized rapid roadway support equipment. |
