固体渗硼剂的研制

摘    要:渗硼层质量的高低取决于渗硼剂及催渗剂的效果。研究表明,采用B4C作为硼源,配合KBF4作为催渗剂,再加入5%~10%的硼酸做添加剂,可以得到渗层较深且渗层缺陷较少的渗层。

Abstract:Quality of boriding layer depends on the boronizing supply agent and accelerant effect.Research shows that,using B4C as the boron source,with KBF4 as a reminder of infiltration,adding 5%~10% of boric acid as auxiliary additives,can be obtained by infiltration layer is deep and infiltration layer defects less permeable layer.
