| 摘 要： | 分析了现代煤矿企业实施ERP面临的问题,包括,领导对ERP的认识不足,企业对实施ERP后投入不够,选择合作伙伴不恰当等。指出对策,包括,领导要认识到ERP是"一把手工程",并勇于承担职责,企业要提高全体员工素质。

| Abstract: | Analyzed the problems which modern coal enterprises to implement ERP faced,including,there lack the kownledge of ERP to leadership,there lack manpower and energy to enterprises after the implementation of ERP,improper choice of partners,etc.The article points out that leaders should realize ERP is "top managerial project",and dare to undertake the responsibilities.The enterprises must improve the qualities of the employees. |
