| 摘 要： | 针对隔膜泵曲柄滑块机构中轴承及半套拆卸困难的问题,通过分析现有的半套拆卸方式的特点,根据机械设计理论及液压原理,设计出一套适用于拆卸隔膜泵半套的工具。该工具结构简单、操作方便,解决了半套及轴承的拆卸问题,为隔膜泵的零件拆卸提供了极大的帮助。

| Abstract: | A good disassemble tool apply to half-cover of diaphragm pump’s crank-slide mechanism has been accomplished to solve the problem of the bearing and half-cover’s disassembly in crank-assembly by analyzing current way of disassembly and according to the theory of mechanical design and hydraumatic.The tool is simple and easy to operate.It provides great help for the part disassembly in diaphragm pump. |
