我国煤矿事故特征及对策研究

分类统计了我国煤矿2000~2006年间发生的7255起各类事故,统计表明:我国煤矿事故的发生具有季节集中和时段集中的特点,在各类煤矿事故中瓦斯事故的危害最为严重,顶板事故的发生最为频繁,一次死亡10人及以上的事故起数比例虽然只有3.5%,但死亡人数的比例却高达35%。就我国煤矿事故而言,我国煤矿事故的发生主要与生产管理制度不完善、安全投入不足以及矿工素质不高等多种因素有关,并提出了相应的解决办法。

Study on Characteristics and Countermeasures of Coal Mine Accidents in Our Country

Classifies accidents that occurred in our countrywide coal mines from 2000 to 2006 years,it was adding up to 7255.Statistical indicats that: in our country the occurrence of the coal mines accidents having the characteristics of the season concentration and the time concentration.Gas accident is the most serious of all the coal mine accidents and plank accident is the most frequent;although the death number of coal mine accidents above 10 persons have only occupied 3.5%,the death number of toll have occupied 35%.For coal mine accidents in our country,accidents occurred have a close relation to production control system imperfect,safety in-put shortage and low disposition of miners and so on,and proposed corresponding solution.
