| 摘 要： | 石化企业低碳技术创新具有高技术风险、高市场风险、高政策风险属性。积极构建适宜的石化企业低碳技术创新模式,不断强化与完善政府在低碳技术创新过程中的风险防范功能,增强石化企业自身低碳技术创新风险防范能力,可以在一定程度上防范石化企业低碳技术创新风险。
