摘    要:运用六西格玛管理方法和精益生产工具,以提高选矿的精矿品位和精矿产量为目的,从提高回收率、降低损失率、降低贫化率的角度出发,分析了地质勘测、开采、提运以及洗选过程中存在的影响矿石损失率、贫化率和回收率的因素,研究改善"三率"的方法,从管理和技术上对"三率"进行改善和控制,提高XC金矿的管理水平和经济效益。

Abstract:Using six sigma management method and lean production tools to improve the grade and yield of gold concentrate to achieve the purpose of increasing gold yield. From the point of view of improving recovery rate, reducing loss rate and reducing dilution rate, the factors affecting ore loss rate,dilution rate and recovery rate in the process of underground geological survey, mining, lifting and transportation and washing, improves and controls the "three rates" in management and technology ways by studying the measures of improving "three rates", and improves the management level and economic benefits of XC gold mine.
