| 摘 要： | 针对我国煤矿的现状,采用先进的ERP管理思想及方法,对煤矿进行信息化处理,加强我国煤矿的整体管理,使其由粗放式管理向精细化管理转变。重点分析了煤矿企业进行ERP构建的思路及方式,以及具体的构成体系等。
