全风压与局部通风机相结合的长距离局部通风技术的应用

摘    要:针对呼和乌素煤矿掘进巷道"长距离、大断面"的特点,确定采用全风压与局部通风机相结合的长距离局部通风技术。这种技术的掘进工艺为双巷平行掘进,平行掘进的双巷借助每隔5060 m封闭或未封闭的联络巷形成一巷进风、另一巷回风的全风压通风系统;局部通风机安设在全风压进风巷中,并随联络巷密闭的跟进而前移。实践表明,采用长距离局部通风技术保证了巷道掘进时所需的风量,杜绝了掘进工作面瓦斯的积聚和超限现象,实现了快速和安全地掘进长距离巷道。

Abstract:According to the "long distance,large section" characteristics of Huhe Wusu Coal Mine roadway tunneling,by combination of the total pressure and local ventilation,the long distance local ventilation technology is used.This technique tunneling technology is double lane parallel driving,driving with parallel double lane every 50 ~ 60 m closed or unclosed contact lane formation lane into the wind,the other lane return air pressure ventilation system.The local ventilation fan is installed in the pressure flow into the airway,and with the contact lane closed up and forward.The practice showed that the long distance local ventilation technology ensured the tunnel required air volume,put an end to gas accumulation and overrun phenomenon at the tunneling working face,realized quick and safe excavation of the long distance tunnel.
