厚壁管的热处理工艺优化研究

摘    要:27SiMn钢管是液压支架立柱的常用材质,随着支架工作阻力的增加,对柱管的强度、硬度、支护高度等要求也相应增大,通过试验研究调整优化热处理工艺,增加厚壁钢管的淬硬层深度,从而增加柱管整体的支护强度。

Abstract:The hydraulic support column is made of 27 SiMn steel pipe.With the increase of supports working resistance,there will be a corresponding increase in the column strength,hardness,support height requirements,by optimizing the experimental study on the heat treatment process of thick wall steel pipe adjustment,increase the depth of hardened layer,thereby increasing the overall strength of support column.
