新义煤矿软煤层煤巷联合支护技术研究

摘    要:煤矿软岩巷道支护困难的问题一直是困扰煤矿生产和建设的难题之一。义马煤业集团新义煤矿煤层属于典型的"三软"煤层,巷道支护问题影响着巷道的施工速度及施工安全。该矿通过对巷道围岩变形量观测,掌握了巷道围岩变形规律,并结合该矿实际地质条件提出了五种支护方案并对方案进行了优化,最后决定一般条件下采用锚杆锚索联合支护,当巷道变形严重时采用锚杆锚索与U36型钢支护相结合的方式。经现场试验,该支护方案能够满足生产需要。该成果对于软岩巷道支护具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。

Abstract:The issue about mine soft rock tunnel support has been one of the problems which troubled the production and construction of coal mines.The coal seam of Xinyi Coal Mine belongs to the typical three soft coal seam and its support problem affected the construction speed and safety of roadways.
