工程项目管理中工作流技术的研究

文章把协同设计和工作流技术引入到项目管理系统中来,设计采用工作流技术的协同项目管理系统。在对工作流实施详细研究的基础上,根据项目管理的具体应用情况,设计了一套可以广泛适应于现代企业项目管理要求的分布式流程化的规范,并定义了项目管理的工作流模型。通过定义的XML格式,实施控制项目管理的流程。最后,采用所设计的协同项目管理技术,对项目管理中的版本管理进行了重点设计。

Research on Engineering Project Management Work Class Technology
