乳化柴油的制备工艺研究

摘    要:采用HLB值法选择乳化剂,逐一探讨了各个乳化条件,对乳化柴油的制备工艺进行了详细的研究。实验发现:以司班80和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为乳化剂,其中Span80与CTAB二者复配后的HLB值为8.8,乳化剂用量为5.0%,助乳化剂正丁醇与乳化剂的质量比约为1.0:2.1,乳化时间30min,即制得掺水量为10.0%的乳化柴油,且乳化柴油的稳定性较高。

Research on Preparation Technical of Emulsified Diesel Fuel
Abstract:This article uses HLB value method to choose the emulsifier,study various emulsification conditions,and conduct a detailed study on the preparation process of emulsified diesel.The results indicate that,choosing the mixture of Span80 and CTAB as the emulsifying agent,when the HLB value is 8.8,the emulsifier at the percent of5.0% and the mass ratio of the help emulsifier to the emulsifier is 1.0:2.1,it prepares the emulsified diesel fuel with a water proportion of 10.0% after emulsifying in 30min.The emulsified diesel fuel have high stability.
