摘    要:针对泥质煤泥难浮选的问题,采用添加分散剂的方法,减轻泥质煤泥对浮选的影响。试验结果表明,4种分散剂由好到差的分散效果:六偏磷酸钠,单宁酸,水玻璃,氟化钠。其中,六偏磷酸钠浓度为5%,用量为1 100 g/t时,沉淀比(SR)值为0.979 9、析水时间之比(DTR)值为0.807 2、上清液吸光度(A)为2.40、Zeta电位值为-26.991,达到最佳分散效果,分散—浮选的精煤产率提高了3.77%,精煤灰分降低了1.18%,改善了浮选效果。

Abstract:For mudcling slime flotation difficult problem,using dispersant method to reduce the impact on the muddy slime flotation.The results showed that the effect of dispersion of four kinds of dispersants from good to bad dispersion effect: hexametaphosphate,tannins,waterglass,fluoride,sodium.Among them,sodium hexametaphosphate concentration of 5%,the amount of 1 100 g/t,the precipitation ratio(SR) is 0.979 9,the analysis of the water longer(DTR) is 0.807 2,the supernatant absorbance(A)is 2.40,Zeta potential value is-26.991,the dispersion is best,dispersion-flotation concentrate yield improved 3.77%,ash content decreased 1.18%,improving the flotation effect.
