摘    要:针对高应力区硬煤层巷道,由于难以注水,采用传统煤体爆破和大直径钻孔卸压方式往往不能将冲击危险降低到可接受水平。通过现场试验,提出了一种钻煤粉卸压技术,其特点是采用小直径、小孔间距的钻孔钻出大量煤粉,其原理类似于使煤层巷道围岩产生大变形,变"硬"煤为"软"煤,其效果使高应力区煤体得以有效卸压,降低和解除冲击危险,保证工作面安全生产。

Abstract:Aimed at high stress area in hard coal seam roadway,due to the difficult to water injection,the traditional coal blasting and large diameter borehole pressure relief way often impact can not be reduced to an acceptable risk level.Through the field test,this paper proposes a pulverized coal unloading drill technology,the characteristic is used to small diameter,hole spacing of the borehole drilled a large number of pulverized coal,the principle is similar to make coal seam to produce large deformation of roadway surrounding rock,change the coal seam from hard to soft,the effect of pressure relief in high stress area,reducing and removing the danger,to guarantee the safe production during the mining face.
