赵庄矿软煤层大采高煤壁片帮主要影响因素研究

摘    要:针对赵庄矿复杂地质条件下软煤层大采高工作面煤壁片帮严重的问题,通过对比3个盘区不同工作面煤壁片帮情况,对片帮机理和影响煤壁片帮的主要因素进行综合分析。找到工作面煤壁片帮的主要自然因素为3#煤层松软,节理裂隙发育,加之地质构造复杂,受岩层产状影响工作面倾斜仰采区域较多。支架初撑力、采高和工作面推进速度是影响工作面煤壁片帮的主要生产技术因素。对上述原因,提出了相关改进措施,确保了煤矿安全生产。

Abstract:Contrary to the serious side wall falling problem of mining face in soft seam with high cutting and complex conditions in Zhaozhuang Coal Mine,by comparing different coal wall falling situations of three panels,the falling mechanism and effects of the major coal wall falling factors were analyzed,finding out the major natural factors as the 3rd soft coal seam,fractured joints,coupled with complex geological structure,buried deep,more region for up-dip mining.Reasonable early support force,mining height and face forward speed are the major production and of technical factors,which affected coal wall caving at mining faces.And the above reasons,put forward relevant improvement measures to ensure safety in coal mines.
