| 摘 要： | 可持续发展的核心是环境、社会与经济的协调发展 ,而环境保护问题是发展的关键。煤炭的开采、使用中所带来的污染问题严重阻碍了煤炭工业的发展 ,也影响了社会的可持续发展。针对上述问题 ,对煤炭工业的可持续发展问题提出了限量开采等可行的建议和对策。

| Abstract: | The centre of contineous development is a coordinate development of ecologic circumstance,society and ecomomics.The key is circumstance protection.The pollution brought by coal mining and usage has seriously hindered the development of coal industry and influenced the social continuous development.Directing agninst above questions,the suggestions and countermeasures of limited mining are provided. |
