数控逆变器中的死区效应及补偿方法

摘    要:详细分析数字UPS系统中死区对逆变输出波形影响,说明了死区对输出电压的影响与逆变器输出电流的方向相关,分析了单相全桥逆变器的工作原理,并从死区效应图及输出电压波形畸变中得出了死区对输出电压的几点影响,并给出了一种有效的补偿方法。

Abstract:The influence of the dead - time on the output wave of inverter in a dinital UPS is analyzed in detail. Meanwhile in order to illustrate vividly the influence of the dead - time on the output voltage of inverter has something with the way of the output current of inverter, and analyz the work principle of single phase full bridge inverter, also get some influences about the dead - time on the output voltage from the picture of the dead - time and distortion of output voltage wave. A effective compensatinn method is presented.
