| 摘 要： | 简单比较了目前常用的几种分析测试技术,重点介绍了ICP-MS技术测定铝土矿中的稀土元素,称0.05g待测样品于聚四氟乙烯烧杯中,采用混合酸分解的敞开式容器法,用铑作内标来校正基体效应,实验结果表明:该方法具有简单、准确等优点。

| Abstract: | This paper simply compares sereral commonly used analysis and testing technology,focusing on the determination of rare earth elements in bauxite by ICP-MS is introduced,gives 0.05g sample in PTFE beaker,adpots the mixed acid decomposityion open container methed,uses rhodium as internal standard for matrix effect correction,the experimental results show that the method is simple and accurate. |
