棉秆弹性模量的研究

摘    要:采用电子万能试验机对棉秆进行轴向压缩试验,研究含水率、荷载、节间对棉秆弹性模量的影响。结果表明干棉秆的弹性模量明显高于湿棉秆;弹性模量受节间影响,其平均值在节间2最大;在棉秆压缩试验中0.5 mm/min加荷载速度较合理。

Abstract:Adopting all- powerful electronic trial machine to carry axid compress experiment on the cotton stalks, study the effect of containing water ratio load and stanza on the cotton stalks modulus of elasticity. The result shows that the flexible modulus quantity of the dry cotton stalks is obviously higher than the wet cotton stalks; The flexible amount of mold is subjected to the stanza influence, its average value is biggest when the stanza is two. The speed of 0,5 mms/rain in the compression experiment of cotton stalks is more reasonable.
