容光矿回风斜井井筒揭煤工程实践

摘    要:容光矿11#煤层是煤与瓦斯突出煤层,回风斜井在穿过11#煤层的过程中,为防止该危险的发生,在回风斜井揭开煤层前通过设计的超前排放孔排放瓦斯。在井筒工作面施工过程中,按照突出指标预测、施工排放钻孔、效果检验的步骤进行掘进,并根据检验的结果进行瓦斯排放。在排放工作完成后,根据煤层残余瓦斯含量的大小检验消突措施是否有效。当煤层的残余瓦斯含量降到了国家规定的临界值以下,证明所采取的消突措施有效。

Abstract:The 11# coal seam of Rongguang Coal Mine is a gas outburst coal seam.In order to prevent the coal and gas outburst danger,designed the advanced drain age hole to release gas before uncovering coal seam in return air inchined shaft.In the process of shaft constuction drives in accordance with the steps of the forecast of outburst indicators,construction of emission drilling and inspection of the effect,according to the results to release gas.After eliminating,according to the size of the gas remainder quantity inspects if the solutions are effective.When the gas remainder quantity reduces less than critical values,proves that the elimianating measures are effective.
