基于MATLAB/Simulink曲柄连杆机构运动学分析及仿真

摘    要:为避免整体分析法复杂的建模和运算,将曲柄连杆机构分解为曲柄及RRR型Ⅱ级杆组两基本杆组,分别推导了曲柄、RRR型Ⅱ级杆组的运动学矩阵表达式,并编制了相应的M函数,基于MATLAB/Simulink仿真模块,建立相应的杆组位移、速度、加速度分析模块,实现了曲柄连杆机构关键点位移、角速度、加速度曲线绘制及分析,其仿真模型在建立和修改都具有方便、快捷、易扩展等优点。

Abstract:To shun the complex model and calculation of unitary analysis method,the crank and connecting rod mechanism resolved into two basic classes of rod bar group of the crank and the RRR type Ⅱ connecting rod,their kinematics matrix expression respectively derived,and the corresponding M-Programs are written,the displacement,velocity and acceleration analysis module of corresponding rod group is established based on MATLAB/Simulink,the displacement,velocity,acceleration curve of the crank and connecting rod mechanism’s key points were drawn and analyzed,and the establishment and modification of simulation model have advantages of convenient,fast and easy expansion,etc.
