蒸发管内污垢层温度和热应力场的数值模拟

摘    要:假设汽液固三相循环流化床蒸发管内均匀覆盖一定厚度的硫酸钙结晶垢层,考虑垢层与流体间耦合换热、管内流体沸腾传热,采用STAR-CCM+软件对其进行数值模拟,对垢层的温度和热应力分布以及断裂做了分析。

Abstract:The assumption that vapor-liquid-solid three-phase fluidized bed evaporation tube covered the certain thickness uniform scale layer,consider crystallization calcium sulfate scale layer and fluid coupling between heat pipe boiling heat transfer fluid,,used the STAR-CCM + software to simulate it,get the fouling temperature and thermal stress distribution,and the analysis on the fracture to scale layer.
