| Abstract: | The model of the safety assessment is constituted by the theory foundation of the method of layered analysis,according to the specialty and rule of the accident cases.The ratio of the individual elicitation disaster fact is confirmed by the comparative matrix.The scientific basis of preventing and disposing the methane accident are given. |
