| 摘 要： | 通过对1Cr1SNi9奥氏体不锈钢的性能和焊接性的分析,指出了焊接晶间腐蚀和焊接热裂纹是焊接技术的关键。从而制定了合理的焊接工艺,包括焊条选择、焊接工艺参数、焊后处理等技术措施,确保了焊接质量。

| Abstract: | Through the analyses of 1Cr18Ni9 austenitic stainless steel performance and welding performance, the writer shows the weld decay ant wald metal cracking is key for welding technology, thus making a reasonable welding craft that includes the technical measures like the choosing of welding rod, welding craft parameter, afterwelding managemeat, and guarantees the welding quality. |
