| Abstract: | This paper studies the status of a basic legal system for the transfer of mining rights,and there are problems and improve the countermeasures of China's mining rights market circulation legal mechanisms were discussed.Hope that this study the transfer of mining rights market of China's legal system perfect to play a reference for the role,thus promoting the development of China's mining rights market. |
