摘    要:为提高矿井内瓦斯浓度的检测精度,将多个瓦斯传感器组成阵列,以DSP处理器TMS320F2812为控制核心,采用非线性补偿和最小二乘数据融合算法对数据进行处理。井下分布的多个瓦斯监测终端通过与地面上的服务器端建立TCP网络连接,把监测到的数据传送到监控中心进行显示,并备份到数据库Access2003里以便进行历史数据查询和统计分析。实验结果表明,采用瓦斯传感器阵列技术、非线性补偿以及最小二乘数据融合算法能够有效地提高瓦斯浓度检测的精度,并且多点分布式的系统便于维护、可靠性高。

Abstract:In order to improve the detection accuracy of gas in coal mine,several gas sensors make up an array,using DSP TMS320F2812 as the control core to process with non-linear compensation and least squares data fusion algorithm.Many of distributed gas detection terminals build up TCP network connection with the server on the ground,and send the monitored data to monitoring center for display and backup into Access 2003 so as to query historical data and analysis.The experimental results show that it can effectively improve the detection accuracy of gas with sensor array technology,non-linear compensation and least squares data fusion algorithm.The multi-point distributed system is easy to maintain and has high reliability.
