| 摘 要： | 在矿山井下复杂的环境中,人因事故已成为矿山事故的主流。文章讨论了人因事故的概念、形成及主要构成因素,根据煤矿生产系统中存在的危险因素,应用事故致因理论和FTA原理,建立了矿山人因事故发生的逻辑模型。为便于矿山对人因事故的调查分析及预防,对矿山人因事故进行了初步分类。

| Abstract: | In the case of complicated circumstance in coal mine, accidents caused by people have become main stream.The conception of accidents caused by people,and its forming and main factors are discussed in this article.The logical model of the happening of coal mine accidents caused by people is set up according to dangerous factors in production system,by applying the theory of accident causes and FTA.In order to investigation and prevent make a dassfication of accients caused by people. |
