| 摘 要： | 介绍了一总线数字温度传感器DS18B20在车磨复合数控机床温度监测系统中的应用。采用AT89C51作为控制器,建立了温度传感器网络,采用VC6.0开发了上位机监控程序。详细介绍了系统的设计思路和具体现实方法,并给出了硬件电路图和软件流程图。该系统具有很高的灵敏度、较好的实时性,为车磨数控机床安全无故障运行提供了保障。
