基于ARM处理器的嵌入式活化炉温度控制系统设计

摘    要:介绍了基于ARM处理器LPC2104的嵌入式活化炉温度控制系统的设计方案,重点分析了系统的构成、控制策略和软件设计方法。控制策略采用改进的PID算法实现。软件编程采用模块化结构和层次设计思想,大大降低了编写程序的复杂度。该系统具有体积小、功耗低、控温精度高、可靠性良好等优点,在温控系统等领域有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:This paper describes the design of embedded temperature control system of activated furnace based on ARM processor LPC2104,and mainly analyses the construct of system,the controlling strategy and the design method of software.The improved PID algorithm is adopted in the system.It reduces the difficulty in software design because of modular structure programming and level design thought.It can be used in many Temperature Control applications with the advantage of small size,low power consumption,high temperature accuracy and good reliability.
