摘    要:结合煤泥水工艺流程并从现场采集数据,分析宝丰焦化选煤厂尾煤灰分偏低的原因。根据原有煤泥水生产系统的设备及数质量状况,论证中矸煤泥水进入浮选来解决煤尾煤灰分偏低、降低精煤泥损失的可能性。

Abstract:The reasons for lower ash in the tail coal in Baofeng Coking Coal Preparation Plant are analyzed according to both the process flow and the field data.According to the situation of equipments,quantity and quality in the production system of slime water,the possibility of solving the low ash of tail coal and decreasing the loss of cleaned coal by slime water into the floation is discussed.
